PLUG & GO: No plumbing required. The Aurora hot water dispenser has an easy fill, removable water tank which holds up to 3 Litres. The water tank can be filled from the tap and is dishwasher safe.
SAFETY AS STANDARD: The Aurora hot water dispenser features a programmable child lock to prevent inadvertent or accidental usage. The Aurora also has filter change, refill and descale indicators to help you maintain your Aurora and the quality of your drinking water.
BETTER TASTING DRINKS: Aqua Optima’s patented 5-step filtration technology efficiently filters the water to reduce impurities including chlorine, limescale, herbicides, pesticides, lead, heavy metals and microplastics. The Aurora is supplied with 1 x 30 day (or 100 litre) Evolve+ water filter cartridge. Additional replacement filter cartridges are available separately

Small - medium appliances

Items sub 30kg are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc). You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.

Large & bulky items

Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances etc) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.

The carrier will contact in advance to book in a delivery slot. Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.

The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.

Exclusions:

This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).

How to arrange a return:

Simply open a ticket by clicking the 'support' button at the bottom of the page or by emailing us.
We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.

This policy applies to orders placed on the 11/09/2022 & beyond.

Is an item in stock?

Our stock system is live therefore if you're able to order an item it is in stock.

The delivery estimate on a product is noted below the product price in the availability bar.

The system will show either an estimate of 1-2 days or 3-5 days for delivery. The estimate is working days excluding weekends & bank holidays.

If an item is sold out the checkout button will be removed & you can click 'email when available' to receive a notification once the product is live for sale again.
