Master your leopard spotted crusts and take your pizza to the next level with this ceramic coated Neapolitan Arch. The Arch lowers the door height to enhance heat retention, creating the perfect environment for high- hydration doughs.

Neapolitan pizza is cooked at a very high temperature and quickly. The oven should be at full heat saturation (450°C+ / 845°F) allowing cooking times of 45-60 seconds. To create the perfect rise and leopard charred crust on high hydration dough, the air temperature must be extremely high. The arch narrows the aperture of the oven mouth, allowing the air temperature to reach a much higher temperature and cook the perfect Neapolitan pizza.

Arch is ceramic bonded with a recess in the central aperture to allow the pizza chef to ‘dome’ pizzas (place turning peel under crust and lift the pizza up into the flames/highest temperature of the oven).

The Dome's Flue Extension channels away smoke & soot from the oven, improving air-flow.

The Neapolitan Arch is designed to enhance the pizza cooking experience with Gas only. It is not designed to be used with wood.

Small - medium appliances

Items sub 30kg are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc). You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.

Large & bulky items

Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances etc) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.

The carrier will contact in advance to book in a delivery slot. Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.

The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.

Exclusions:

This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).

How to arrange a return:

Simply open a ticket by clicking the 'support' button at the bottom of the page or by emailing us.
We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.

This policy applies to orders placed on the 11/09/2022 & beyond.
