Sleek and stylish on the outside, the sturdy die-cast body, finished in Silver, houses a powerful 1200w heavy duty high-torque motor with all metal gears. It's clever too.

The Bakery Boss detects heavy doughs and batters and automatically adjusts power to maintain the speed you have selected. The Bakery Boss replicates the planetary action of commercial mixers using a counter-clockwise rotation of the mixing head and anti-clockwise sweeping action of the attachments resulting in a 360° coverage of the bowl.

The revolutionary beater features two scrapers to wipe the bottom and sides of the bowl - cutting mixing time by up to 60%. This also ensures ingredients are thoroughly incorporated without having to stop the mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

The Bakery Boss comes with 2 bowls - a 3.8 litre stainless steel bowl (ideal for small quantity mixing) and a 4.7 litre borosilicate glass bowl. A handy light located under the mixer head illuminates the bowl allows you to keep an eye on progress and the mixer head can be tilted back to allow ingredients to be easily added to the bowl. Other helpful features include built-in lift assist handles (to aid lifting the mixer) and internal cord storage to keep things neat and tidy.

Also included with the Bakery Boss are a standard flat bearer, scraper beater, wire whisk, dough hook, splash guard and spatula.
