Flymo Robot Lawnmower Repair Service Ireland
We're delighted to offer a repair service for Flymo robotic lawnmowers alongside their sister brands Gardena & McCulloch.
Warranty repair:
If your robot is under warranty then we will handle the repair regardless of where you purchased your machine.
- The fist step is to contact Flymo's customer service team to troubleshoot the issue.
- If the robot requires a service then they will allocate the job to our service team.
- Once we have your details we will be in touch to arrange the collection & repair of your machine
Out of warranty repair:
If your machine is outside of warranty please submit a ticket with the following information;
- Description of fault, machine history (previous repairs).
- Name, address & contact information.
- Whether you require packaging for transit.
The cost to collect your machine & run a full diagnosis is £30/€35.
If you decide to proceed with the repair this amount is deducted off the cost of the total repair.
Should you decide not to proceed with the repair then the balance of £30/€35 is payable prior to the return of the machine.
We aim to process all repairs within 3-5 working days of receiving the machine.
