Who are northXsouth?

We are a lean and nimble retail company laser focused on developing a world class shopping experience. 

We do not believe in hidden charges, small print or that a discounted price warrants a drop off in service levels. We will not hassle you after your purchase or sell on your confidential information to third parties.

Should you chose to place an order with us, big or small, we promise to work our socks off to dispatch the item on time, as described and to make our team readily available to you if things have not gone to plan. 

Where are you based?

We are based in Ballymoney, Co. Antrim and deliver all across Ireland. VAT is included on all quoted pricing (ROI 23%) and there are no further duties/taxes on the price you see listed on the page.

Are your products original and brand new?

All of our products are brand new, sealed and as you would expect from a high-street retail store. 

Are my items covered by a warranty/guarantee?

All items are covered by a minimum of a two year guarantee and many have up to a five year guarantee included in the price. 

To qualify for the additional warranty period you may need to register the product with the manufacturer within a timely fashion. 

Do you offer product advice?

Our team regularly attends training events and have a wealth of knowledge on the vast majority of the goods we sell.  

We'd be happy to talk you through your options and if we do not know the answer right away we will endeavour to find out. 

Do you offer installation?

We do not currently have an installation partner in Ireland however we can offers set-up/installation advise on all items.

Items such as gas hobs & multi-fuel stoves must always be installed by a certified professional.
