The delivery estimate is noted directly underneath the product price at the top of the page.
It will typically show 1-2 or 3-5 days.
Our stock feed is live so the system will not allow you to place an order for an item which is unavailable.
NB: With the exception of pre-order items which are clearly detailed in the description.
How will my item be delivered?

Parcel sized items upto 30kg are delivered via DPD Ireland.
Heavy/bulky items such as BBQs are delivered via pallet courier.
The carrier will call in advance to book in your delivery so please include a telephone number during checkout.
Large screen TVs are also shipped via pallet courier to prevent damages and ensure the screen remains upright during transit.

Yes.
If you wish to place an order to secure the stock/price but require a later delivery date that is not a problem.
Simply leave the date in the 'add order note' above.
Are there any duties to be paid?

No.
The price quoted includes all applicable taxes and there are no further duties due to be paid for orders delivered within Ireland.

We have a market-leading return policy.
We offer free returns up-to 90 days of purchase providing the item is in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
This policy is for parcel-sized items (excludes TVs & heavy/bulky items such as BBQs).

For large screen TVs & heavy/bulky items we accept returns within 30 days of purchase providing the item is in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
What if my item is damaged?

We take great care in selecting our carrier partners to reduce damages to a bare minimum.
However we ask that you inspect the goods within 3 business days and report any damage/shortages.
Damage reported thereafter may not be covered as we work within national transit insurance timelines.
