Gift Returns Until January 10th 2024

Extended Christmas returns gift policy

We are welcoming customers to return any gift purchases up until January 8th 2024 for a cash refund.

We define a gift return as a fully sealed item with original tags and/or seals unbroken.

Otherwise our default return policy will apply. 

Parcel sized items qualify for a FREE return however we are unable to cover the return cost for heavy/bulky items such as BBQs & large screen TVs.

Are there any exclusions?

Special order items that have been ordered specifically at a customer's request such as specific model or colour variant that we do not otherwise range.

Any additional gifts, rebates or extended warranties must not have been claimed and/or registered.
