Small - medium appliances

Items sub 30kg are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc). You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.

Large & bulky items

Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances etc) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.

The carrier will contact in advance to book in a delivery slot. Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.

The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.

Exclusions:

This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).

How to arrange a return:

We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.

Is this the flagship model for 2025?

Yes.

In the UK & Ireland this is TCL's most advanced screen available in 2025.

Is this different than the C8K?

Yes.

In America and select European countries TCL have produced a C8K series. With the exception of the 65" model the C8K is not currently marked for coming to the UK/Irish market.

What is the difference between the Q7C/C7K?

The C855K has;

QLED Pro panel with the largest quantity of dimming zones for perfect panel uniformity and low-light reproduction.
It is TCL's brightest panel with upto 3,500 nits.
