Small - medium appliances
Items sub 30kilos are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc).
You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.
You will receive your tracking information upon dispatch (usually the day before delivery).
Large & bulky items
Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances, OLED & large screen TVs 65"+) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.
The carrier (Woodsides Logistics) will contact in advance with notice ahead of arrival and we can arrange a suitable day in advance.
Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery (if necessary).
Installation:
We do not currently offer installation in Ireland however we can provide practical setup advice.
Please note items such as gas hobs & multi-fuel stoves must be installed by a certified professional.
Delivery Estimates
Underneath each product we provide a live delivery estimate which will typically be '1-2 working days' or '3-5 working days'.
Pre-sale items for new product launches are clearly labelled as such with the manufacturer's delivery estimate.
Hold delivery / ETAIf you wish to secure an offer but not receive the goods until later then you can request this in the order delivery notes in the add to cart (or speak to a member of staff).

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.
- The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
- The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.
Exclusions:
- This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
- Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).

How to arrange a return:

- We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.
