TouchControl is a highly convenient way to control the hob. One touch is enough. A timer is also included.

Boasting a sleek black finish, the T48FD23X0 Induction Hob from Neff has been expertly designed to bring style and functionality to the kitchen.

Induction cooking gives almost instant heat and allows you to precisely control the temperature at which you cook. Great for multitasking, the hob possesses 5 induction zones in different sizes for flexible cooking and effective heating, no matter what's on the menu.

Thanks to Neff's automatic pan recognition, you can place your pots and pans anywhere within the induction zone and they will automatically heat where they stand. This modern hob also comes with a CombiZone feature that allows you to cook using 2 individual induction cooking zones or 1 large combined induction zone.

What's more, touch controls allow you to control cooktops at your fingertips, while the LED timer provides added convenience.

Please note: there should be a minimum height clearance of 65cm between an electric hob and the cooker hood above

Small - medium appliances

Items sub 30kg are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc). You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.

Large & bulky items

Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances etc) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.

The carrier will contact in advance to book in a delivery slot. Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.

The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.

Exclusions:

This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).
If in doubt, please check with a member of staff via our support or live chat function.

How to arrange a return:

Simply open a ticket by clicking the 'support' button at the bottom of the page or by emailing us.
We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.

This policy applies to orders placed on the 11/09/2022 & beyond.
