Small - medium appliances

Items sub 30kilos are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc).

You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.

You will receive your tracking information upon dispatch (usually the day before delivery).

Large & bulky items

Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances, OLED & large screen TVs 65"+) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.

The carrier (Woodsides Logistics) will contact in advance with notice ahead of arrival and we can arrange a suitable day in advance.

Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery (if necessary).

Installation:

We do not currently offer installation in Ireland however we can provide practical setup advice.

Please note items such as gas hobs & multi-fuel stoves must be installed by a certified professional.

Delivery Estimates

Underneath each product we provide a live delivery estimate which will typically be '1-2 working days' or '3-5 working days'.

Pre-sale items for new product launches are clearly labelled as such with the manufacturer's delivery estimate.

Hold delivery / ETAIf you wish to secure an offer but not receive the goods until later then you can request this in the order delivery notes in the add to cart (or speak to a member of staff).

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.

The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.

Exclusions:

This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).

How to arrange a return:

We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.

ECO-DESIGN

Ecodesign is the European-wide programme to lower emissions to improve air quality from a range of appliances that use energy including stoves.

Ecodesign labelling came into force 1st January 2022 and applies to both wood burning and solid fuel stoves.

The Ecodesign Directive Covers: Minimum efficiency rating of 75% for stoves, Reduction of CO (Carbon monoxide) –88%, New limit for emissions of NOx, Introduction in requirements for Particulate matter and organic gaseous compounds.

BILBERRY NORE STOVE FAQ

Is the Bilberry Suir Eco Stove DEFRA-approved?

Yes.

The Bilberry Suir is recommended for use in Smoke Control Areas when burning dry wood logs. It includes factory-fitted air stops that must not be removed to remain compliant.

What’s the energy rating?

The Bilberry Suir is rated A, with an 82.5% efficiency and 8 kW nominal heat output.

Does the Bilberry Suir require professional installation?

Yes. Installation must comply with local Building Regulations (Part J in the UK & Ireland). It should be installed either:

By a HETAS-registered installer, or Under Local Authority Building Control approval.

What hearth protection is required?

The stove must sit on a non-combustible hearth extending:

400 mm to the front
200 mm to each side

What fuel can I use?

The Bilberry Nore is optimised for dry, seasoned hardwood logs (12–22% moisture).

Other approved fuels include manufactured smokeless fuel, but never burn:

Wet wood
Household waste
Plastic or painted timber
Petroleum-based or volatile fuels (kerosene, lighter fluid, etc.)

How do I clean the stove glass?

The stove features an airwash system that helps keep glass clear. For stubborn marks, use a specialised stove glass cleaner only when the glass is cool.
