Arc Lite Cover is designed to fit perfectly over Arc Lite, protecting it all year round. Tailored and water repellent, it shields your oven from rain, wind, frost, UV, salt, insects, and wildlife.

Heavy-duty, water-repellent fabric covers the oven completely. Simple toggle retention straps keep everything secure when the weather turns.

We provide full tracking information with your dispatch confirmation email however if you have any queries please reach out to our support team.

For DPD Ireland deliveries you can track via their iOS/Android apps;

Small - medium appliances

Items sub 30kilos are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc).

You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.

You will receive your tracking information upon dispatch (usually the day before delivery).

Large & bulky items

Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances, OLED & large screen TVs 65"+) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.

The carrier (Woodsides Logistics) will contact in advance with notice ahead of arrival and we can arrange a suitable day in advance.

Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery (if necessary).

Installation:

We do not currently offer installation in Ireland however we can provide practical setup advice.

Please note items such as gas hobs & multi-fuel stoves must be installed by a certified professional.

Delivery Estimates

Underneath each product we provide a live delivery estimate which will typically be '1-2 working days' or '3-5 working days'.

Pre-sale items for new product launches are clearly labelled as such with the manufacturer's delivery estimate.

Hold delivery / ETAIf you wish to secure an offer but not receive the goods until later then you can request this in the order delivery notes in the add to cart (or speak to a member of staff).

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.

The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.

Exclusions:

This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).
If in doubt, please check with a member of staff via our support or live chat function.

How to arrange a return:

Simply open a ticket by clicking the 'support' button at the bottom of the page or by emailing us.
We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.

This policy applies to orders placed on the 11/09/2022 & beyond.

How does the Arc Lite compare to the Arc XL?

The Arc Lite has a 12" opening vs the 14" & 16" on the ARC & ARC XL.

It has the same lateral side burner for excellent heat coverage.

The Lite has a 12mm stone so if cooking for larger parties the ARC & ARC XL (20mm) remain the better option within the ARC family due to the greater thermal recovery (ability for the stone to retain temperature when cooking continuously).

The Lite is an exceptional compact oven & carries the same Gozney DNA & Chef-level performance of it's larger siblings.

What type of fuel can be used in Arc?

The Arc lite is compatible with propane patio gas like a typical BBQ in Ireland at 37mbar.

A bottle size of 9kg or more is recommended.

What should I do when first firing up the Arc Lite?

When firing up your Arc Lite for the first time or if it hasn’t been used for a while, we recommend a 30 minute curing fire first.

This prevents any thermal shock in the oven, especially during the colder months!

To do this we recommend using the lower flame setting on the gas burner.

Where can I use the Arc?

The oven is suitable for use outdoors, in well ventilated areas, but must be kept under cover during any periods of non-use to prevent the stone from taking on moisture.

How do I clean my Arc Lite?

The oven does not require any internal cleaning as any spilt food debris or soot will burn off during a period of use at high temperature (350°C+).

The outer shell of the oven can be cleaned using warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to remove any small areas of dirt and debris.

We have found Bar Keeper’s Friend will bring the outer surface up as new.

How long is the guarantee on the Arc Lite?

If the Arc is registered within 60 days of purchase then it will qualify for a 5 year guarantee for domestic home use.

For commercial usage the Arc comes with a one year guarantee.

I wasn’t a CEO. I wasn’t a designer.

At 21 I was a disillusioned kid. Kicked out of school. Fresh out of rehab. I was lost. There were a few paths I could take. But I decided to build an oven in my backyard. The first one was rough looking, but the pizza tasted great and I was hooked. It changed my life. In fact, it probably saved it.

I threw myself into food. Cooking with fire was something I could lose myself in. Better myself at. It was a skill to master and a whole new way of connecting with the people around me.

I became obsessed. Gozney was born. And we’ve done some incredible things since, with the aim of bringing a different way to cook to as many people as possible. Because I know first-hand that it cannot only change how they create food, but how they live. And for some, what they become.
