VAX Rapid Power 2 Reach features patented SpinScrub technology in both the floorhead & the hand tool to clean from every angle & penetrate deep into carpets, leaving them looking and smelling fresh.

You can also choose between two cleaning modes; Quick Clean with a dry time of as little as 1 hour* thanks to HEAT BLAST technology. Deep Clean mode is a more thorough clean, making it ideal for shifting tough or dried on stains.

The extra-large tank capacity lets you clean for longer with less interruptions, meaning you don't need to make as many trips to the sink. Packed full of convenient features, the 3.5 metre stretch hose and extra-long power cord allow you to reach even further & get to all the corners & hard to reach spaces in and around your home.

The motorised SpinScrub Hand Tool is ideal for smaller spaces like stairs, behind furniture or upholstery. Cleaning hard to reach and narrow spaces is made easier with the Crevice Tool. Plus, there's a Upholstery Wash tool for more delicate jobs and a Pet Tool which is ideal for ridding carpets and furniture of embedded pet fur and dirt.

The dedicated solution tank means you never waste any leftover solution - what you don't use can be poured back into the bottle for next time.

Vax's Automix technology combines the correct amounts of solution and water for optimum results, every single time. For extra peace of mind, the new Tank Full Indicator lets you know when the dirty water tank needs emptying, allowing you to get on with your cleaning.

Small - medium appliances

Items sub 30kg are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc). You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.

Large & bulky items

Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances etc) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.

The carrier will contact in advance to book in a delivery slot. Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.

The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.

Exclusions:

This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).
If in doubt, please check with a member of staff via our support or live chat function.

How to arrange a return:

Simply open a ticket by clicking the 'support' button at the bottom of the page or by emailing us.
We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.

This policy applies to orders placed on the 11/09/2022 & beyond.
