- We cannot ship to an address other than the one supplied at point of order.
- Remote postal areas may experience a slight delay on the advised day of delivery.
- You will receive your tracking number with your dispatch confirmation email.
If your purchase is a gift please contact us in advance to ensure the parcel is disguised. Otherwise we may ship the item in its original factory packaging if it is sufficient.
If the item appears in poor condition we advise you to refuse delivery and contact us at the earliest opportunity.
If upon opening the packaging you discover the item is damaged please retain the packaging and get in touch for further instruction.
We would ask that all items are inspected and any damage reported within two working days of receipt of delivery.
All deliveries require a signature at the shipping address. If a signature is unavailable the courier will re-attempt delivery on the following working day. If this second attempt has failed the courier will return the item to the depot awaiting further instructions.
If you have purchased 'expedited delivery' and the parcel arrives late please contact us and we will refund the shipping. We cannot compensate for delays on standard services or delays experienced in remote postal areas.
