When you purchase a product from our store, we collect only the critical information required to be able to process, verify and fulfil your order.
What information do you hold on file?
For customer service and HMRC compliance we store a record of your purchase and any contact details that you have provided.
What information do you share with others?
We only share the bare minimum required to fulfil your order.
In practice, this means that we will share your name, address and contact telephone number with our shipping partners to enable them to fulfil the delivery of your parcel.
If you have purchased an extended guarantee, we will pass the necessary information to Retra to register your warranty.
In general, we will not share your confidential information with third parties without your explicit permission or if required by law to do so.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
