  • Effortless Setup: G50 connects to your phone via Bluetooth so that you can schedule cleaning times and start spot cleaning via the eufy app. Note: Make sure you are using a 2.4GHz router or a dual-band router that is configured to support a 2.4GHz frequency band. G50 does not support the 5GHz frequency band.
  • Dynamic Navigation: G50 travels around your space methodically so that it doesn't miss a spot. And since it's just 81 mm thick, it can easily clean under sofas or cabinets. Note: We recommend turning on Random mode in the app when G50 cleans carpets.

Small - medium appliances

Items sub 30kg are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc). You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.

Large & bulky items

Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances etc) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.

The carrier will contact in advance to book in a delivery slot. Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery.

For DPD Ireland deliveries you can track via their iOS/Android apps;

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply. 

  • The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
  • The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.

 Exclusions:

  • This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy. 
  • Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).
  • If in doubt, please check with a member of staff via our support or live chat function. 

How to arrange a return:

  • Simply open a ticket by clicking the 'support' button at the bottom of the page or by emailing us.
  • We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.

This policy applies to orders placed on the 11/09/2022 & beyond.

Is an item in stock?

Our stock system is live therefore if you're able to order an item it is in stock.

The delivery estimate on a product is noted below the product price in the availability bar.

The system will show either an estimate of 1-2 days or 3-5 days for delivery. The estimate is working days excluding weekends & bank holidays.

If an item is sold out the checkout button will be removed & you can click 'email when available' to receive a notification once the product is live for sale again.

Does my order include taxes?

Yes.

All pricing quoted includes tax and no further taxes/duties are due.
