Four Distinct Coffee Experiences

The E10 is built around what JURA describes as four different worlds of coffee enjoyment.

For traditional coffee drinkers there are the familiar hot classics, including espresso, coffee, Americano, lungo, cappuccino, cortado, flat white and latte macchiato.

Cold Brew specialities use JURA’s Cold Extraction Process, passing cold water through freshly ground coffee under high pressure rather than simply cooling conventional hot coffee.

Light Brew offers something different again. Using less ground coffee and an extraction temperature of approximately 60°C, it produces a lighter and softer flavour profile at a temperature that can be enjoyed almost immediately.

Finally, the Sweet Foam function can flavour the milk foam itself, creating sweet versions of drinks including cappuccino, flat white, cortado and latte macchiato.

P.A.G.2+ Precision Grinder

Fresh grinding is handled by JURA’s P.A.G.2+ grinder. It is designed to grind precisely for the selected speciality and returns to a relaxed position after preparation to help support consistent performance and longevity.

Grind consistency can be adjusted across seven levels, while Aroma Control helps ensure the grinder is correctly configured to bring out the intended aroma of the beans.

Coffee strength can also be programmed through ten levels, with three selectable brewing temperatures allowing the E10 to be tailored closely to individual taste.

Simple Everyday Operation

Despite offering 36 specialities, operation remains deliberately straightforward. Drinks are accessed through a 3.5-inch colour display with physical controls positioned alongside it, while different drink categories are colour coded for easier navigation.

The E10 also recognises when ground coffee has been added through the powder chute and automatically adjusts the preparation process accordingly.

JURA's J.O.E. app is supported, including the Coffee Timer function which can have a drink prepared at a chosen time. Wi-Fi Connect V2 is required for these connected functions and is available separately.

Easy Cleaning & Maintenance

JURA has equipped the E10 with its Quality Assistant to simplify routine care while helping to minimise unnecessary water and cleaning-product consumption.

The machine features automatic CLARIS Smart+ filter detection, monitored drip tray, integrated rinsing, cleaning and descaling programmes and automatic One-Touch cleaning of the milk system.

It is a particularly useful combination for a machine offering this level of milk-drink functionality, removing much of the manual maintenance normally associated with more complex coffee systems.
