51 Specialities – Four Worlds of Coffee

The latest Z10 organises its drinks into four distinct preparation styles: Hot, Light, Cold and Sweet. Alongside espresso, coffee, Americano, lungo and long black are milk-based favourites including cappuccino, flat white, caffè latte, cortado and latte macchiato.

The menu then expands considerably. Cold Brew versions of many drinks are prepared using JURA’s Cold Extraction Process, while Light Brew uses a different extraction profile for a milder, lighter cup. Sweet Foam allows flavoured milk foam specialities, while the supplied chocolate attachment enables chocolate-flavoured milk foam and mocaccino preparation.

P.R.G.2+ Product Recognising Grinder

The Product Recognising Grinder 2+ automatically adapts both the grind consistency and the quantity of ground coffee to suit the selected speciality. Fine settings can be used for short, intense coffees while coarser grinding is selected where appropriate for longer and Cold Brew recipes.

Once preparation is complete, the grinder returns to its starting position. Combined with Automatic Grinder Adjustment and Aroma Selection, this gives the Z10 a high degree of control while keeping the process completely automatic for the user.

Cold Brew and Light Brew

Cold Brew is not simply hot coffee dispensed over ice. JURA’s Cold Extraction Process uses cold water under high pressure with freshly ground coffee to create a genuinely cold-extracted drink with a different flavour profile.

Light Extraction Process provides another alternative, producing selected drinks with a lighter character. Together, the Hot, Light and Cold preparation methods allow the same coffee beans to deliver noticeably different results.

Sweet Foam and Chocolate Specialities

The Z10 can flavour milk foam using JURA’s Sweet Foam Function, opening up drinks including Sweet Cappuccino, Sweet Flat White, Sweet Cortado and Sweet Latte Macchiato.

A chocolate attachment is also supplied, allowing the machine to prepare chocolate-flavoured milk foam and drinks such as mocaccino. This significantly broadens the Z10 beyond the traditional bean-to-cup coffee menu.

Caffeine Regulator

JURA’s Caffeine Regulator allows the caffeine intensity of compatible coffee preparations to be selected across three levels. This gives users another level of personalisation without simply relying on conventional coffee-strength adjustment.

Coffee Timer

Using the JURA J.O.E. app, Coffee Timer allows a selected speciality to be scheduled up to 16 hours in advance. The machine can therefore have a freshly prepared coffee ready at a chosen time as part of a morning routine.

4.3-inch Touchscreen and Personal Profiles

The angled 4.3-inch colour touchscreen provides direct access to the Z10’s extensive drinks menu, with the four preparation worlds clearly organised on screen. Up to four users can create personalised profiles, while frequently used products can be positioned, duplicated and customised to suit individual preferences.

Easy Mode provides rapid access to key settings when a drink needs adjusted without navigating through the full programming menu.

Milk Assistant and Quality Assistant

The Milk Assistant helps manage milk-system hygiene and indicates when rinsing is required. The system also assists when changing to lactose-free milk, helping prevent unwanted mixing after the appropriate cleaning process.

Quality Assistant supports routine machine care, complementing the Z10’s automatic rinsing, cleaning and descaling programmes and JURA’s One-Touch milk-system cleaning.

Premium Aluminium White Design

The Aluminium White Z10 combines a genuine aluminium front panel with JURA’s sculpted wave design. The water tank and cup area are illuminated, while the convex and concave surfaces around the front panel give the machine a noticeably more architectural appearance than conventional automatic coffee machines.

Despite its extensive drink capability, the Z10 retains a practical footprint at 32cm wide, making it suitable for premium domestic kitchens without requiring commercial-machine levels of counter space.
