Inspired by the same design DNA as the Gozney Dome, the Gozney Arc XL has had the fat trimmed in all the right areas, leaving behind an object that is just as beautifully covetable, but more compact and manageable than their expensive Dome siblings.
The Arc XL units ditch the chimney flue for a sleek and soot-reducing vent.

Arc XL’s lateral gas burner recreates a traditional wood-fired flame, creating the perfect balance of high performance and intuitive, precise control, making it easy and fun to cook all kinds of pizza, and more.
As more space means more pizza, the new lateral burner also frees up room on the large 16.8”x 20.3” 20mm cordierite stone oven floor so you can make bigger pizzas and easily manoeuvre them as you go.

Small - medium appliances
Items sub 30kg are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc). You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.
Large & bulky items
Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances etc) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.
The carrier will contact in advance to book in a delivery slot. Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.
- The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
- The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.
Exclusions:
- This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
- Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).

How to arrange a return:
- Simply open a ticket by clicking the 'support' button at the bottom of the page or by emailing us.
- We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.

Whether you’re cooking Neapolitan pizza, roasting vegetables or smoking meat, the Arc mantel makes moving food in or out of the oven simple.
Safely rotate pans, check your dish, or keep sides warm through resting them in the doorway - the mantel forms an extension of the oven designed for convenience.
Easily bolting on to the oven, the Mantel is made from ceramic coated 201 stainless steel for extra heat and scratch resistance.

The Arc + Arc XL Stand is simple to assemble, built to last and easy to maneuver. Making it easy to add your Arc or Arc XL to your outdoor space.
Designed with cooking on Arc or Arc XL in mind, your oven securely connects to the stand with an easy turn fastener and sits at the perfect height for cooking. The durable wooden wings and hanging hooks are built in for convenience while the four large wheels make it easy to move your oven around your outdoor space.

What type of fuel can be used in Arc?
What type of fuel can be used in Arc?
The Arc is compatible with propane patio gas like a typical BBQ in Ireland at 37mbar.
A bottle size of 9kg or more is recommended.
What should I do when first firing up the Arc?
What should I do when first firing up the Arc?
When firing up your Arc for the first time or if it hasn’t been used for a while, we recommend a 30 minute curing fire first.
This prevents any thermal shock in the oven, especially during the colder months!
To do this we recommend using the lower flame setting on the gas burner.

The oven is suitable for use outdoors, in well ventilated areas, but must be kept under cover during any periods of non-use to prevent the stone from taking on moisture.
How do I clean my Arc?
How do I clean my Arc?
The oven does not require any internal cleaning as any spilt food debris or soot will burn off during a period of use at high temperature (350°C+).
The outer shell of the oven can be cleaned using warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to remove any small areas of dirt and debris.
We have found Bar Keeper’s Friend will bring the outer surface up as new.

If the Arc is registered within 60 days of purchase then it will qualify for a 5 year guarantee for domestic home use.
For commercial usage the Arc comes with a one year guarantee.

I wasn’t a CEO. I wasn’t a designer.
At 21 I was a disillusioned kid. Kicked out of school. Fresh out of rehab. I was lost. There were a few paths I could take. But I decided to build an oven in my backyard. The first one was rough looking, but the pizza tasted great and I was hooked. It changed my life. In fact, it probably saved it.
I threw myself into food. Cooking with fire was something I could lose myself in. Better myself at. It was a skill to master and a whole new way of connecting with the people around me.
I became obsessed. Gozney was born. And we’ve done some incredible things since, with the aim of bringing a different way to cook to as many people as possible. Because I know first-hand that it cannot only change how they create food, but how they live. And for some, what they become.
