Small - medium appliances

Items sub 30kg are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc). You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.

Large & bulky items

Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances etc) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.

The carrier will contact in advance to book in a delivery slot. Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.

The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.

Exclusions:

This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).

We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.

What can I cook on my Blackstone griddle?

Blackstone griddles effectively are large non-stick hot plates.

You can cook everything from smash burgers to a full-fried breakfast.

Should I season the griddle?

Yes.

Seasoning your griddle top will help create a non-stick surface for cooking as well as protect your griddle top from rust.

Establishing a strong seasoning layer on your griddle's cooking surface before cooking will help improve your cooking experience and help your griddle last for years to come.

How do I clean my griddle?

The best way to clean a griddle top is to scrape it down with a metal-edge scraper to get all the large debris into the grease cup to be thrown away.

If there is anything still stuck to the griddle surface, you can use concentrated shots of water to loosen them up, or even use a scrub pad from a cleaning kit for extra sticky messes.

Finish by spreading a thin, even layer of cooking oil over the surface to prevent your seasoning from drying up and lock out water.

What kind of gas do I need with the Blackstone?
