Q: Will this box work in Ireland?
Yes. You will be able to watch live UK TV from Ireland with a satellite dish.
You will need to select a UK postcode during set-up (such as BT53 7LH for Northern Ireland).
Q: Will the catch up services such as BBC iPlayer work?
No. Unless you have a VPN running on your broadband network.
Q: What channels are available?
This box will bring in the official UK Freesat channels which is available to view in full here.
Irish channels such as RTE 1 are not available via Freesat currently.
Q: Will this replace my SKY box?
Yes. Sky & Freesat use the same the Astra cluster of satellites for broadcasting.
Therefore you can replace your SKY box straightaway with Freesat without mounting, changing or realigning the dish. This includes SKY Q dishes.

Small - medium appliances
Items sub 30kg are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc). You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.
Large & bulky items
Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances etc) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.
The carrier will contact in advance to book in a delivery slot. Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.
- The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
- The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.
Exclusions:
- This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
- Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).
- If in doubt, please check with a member of staff via our support or live chat function.
How to arrange a return:
- Simply open a ticket by clicking the 'support' button at the bottom of the page or by emailing us.
- We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.
This policy applies to orders placed on the 11/09/2022 & beyond.

The delivery estimate on a product is noted below the product price in the availability bar.
The system will show either an estimate of 1-2 days or 3-5 days for delivery. The estimate is working days excluding weekends & bank holidays.
