Mu-so Qb 2 is the second generation compact wireless music system from the engineers behind the award-winning Mu-so 1 and 2.
Controlled by a powerful audio brain, Mu-so Qb 2 is alive with custom-made features all designed in our audio laboratories in England. It’s a true feat of sound engineering.
From the contours of the glass-filled polymer casing to the bass radiators that help create huge low frequencies – every millimetre of space has been used to great effect.
Simple to control and easy to connect, Mu-so Qb 2 generates a staggering 300 watts that unmasks your music with a sound that defies size.

The compact Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation evolves the look and performance of the original Mu-so Qb – launched in 2016 – and adds extensive software and hardware revisions that delivers a significant performance upgrade.

Intelligent Controls

Like Mu-so, Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation features an all-new intuitive interface has 15 touch sensitive buttons and a bold, illuminated volume dial. A proximity sensor wakes the display as your hand approaches.

Digital Signal Processing

Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation features a new advanced multicore Digital Signal Processor (DSP). Providing over 13 times the performance of the existing single core processor, its superior accuracy allows you to hear even more from your music.

Upgraded Speaker Drivers

Together the Naim and Focal R&D departments have developed new custom designed mid range units and bass drive units for Mu-so 2nd Generation to deliver superior performance.

New Multiroom

Combine it with other networked Naim products (from the reference ND 555 to the 1st Generation Mu-so and Mu-so Qb) via the Naim app.

Unique Streaming

Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation features a totally new streaming platform, as seen in our flagship network-connected products, to deliver the latest music streaming technology in true hi-fi performance.

New features include Google Chromecast built-in allowing seamless playback from your smart phone of hundreds of apps including Deezer, Qobuz and TuneIn.

Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation features the very latest WiFi standards; five times faster compared to the previous generation.

Increased stability and full support for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands deliver the most reliable connection.

Naim App Update

The Naim App has been updated for seamless multiroom, discovering and pairing with wider Naim portfolio.

Remote Control

Original Mu-so Qb did not come with a remote control; the new design comes with the same handset as the Mu-so 2nd Generation speaker as standard.

New Customisation

Mu-so Qb 2nd Generation is available with a black grille as standard, with three new colour grille options available as optional accessories – Peacock, Olive and Terracotta. The new grilles are also backward compatible with the original Mu-so Qb

We provide full tracking information with your dispatch confirmation email however if you have any queries please reach out to our support team.

For DPD Ireland deliveries you can track via their iOS/Android apps;

Small - medium appliances

Items sub 30kilos are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc).

You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.

You will receive your tracking information upon dispatch (usually the day before delivery).

Large & bulky items

Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances, OLED & large screen TVs 65"+) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.

The carrier (Woodsides Logistics) will contact in advance with notice ahead of arrival and we can arrange a suitable day in advance.

Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery (if necessary).

Installation:

We do not currently offer installation in Ireland however we can provide practical setup advice.

Please note items such as gas hobs & multi-fuel stoves must be installed by a certified professional.

Delivery Estimates

Underneath each product we provide a live delivery estimate which will typically be '1-2 working days' or '3-5 working days'.

Pre-sale items for new product launches are clearly labelled as such with the manufacturer's delivery estimate.

Hold delivery / ETAIf you wish to secure an offer but not receive the goods until later then you can request this in the order delivery notes in the add to cart (or speak to a member of staff).

** We do not deliver goods outside of the Republic of Ireland.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.

The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.

Exclusions:

This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).
If in doubt, please check with a member of staff via our support or live chat function.

How to arrange a return:

Simply open a ticket by clicking the 'support' button at the bottom of the page or by emailing us.
We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.

This policy applies to orders placed on the 11/09/2022 & beyond.

Our stock system is live therefore if you're able to order an item it is in stock.

The delivery estimate on a product is noted below the product price in the availability bar.

The system will show either an estimate of 1-2 days or 3-5 days for delivery. The estimate is working days excluding weekends & bank holidays.

If an item is sold out the checkout button will be removed & you can click 'email when available' to receive a notification once the product is live for sale again.
