Heritage
The IO uses the same power amplifier and phono stage as its larger brother the multi-award winning Brio.
The io aims to deliver exceptional sound quality in a smaller and more cost effective package whilst still utilising high quality audio components not expected at this price point.
The class A/B circuit shares it’s DNA with the rest of Rega’s amplifiers, and as usual great care has been taken in component selection.
Best in class engineering
Rega have used Sanken output transistors, an Alps volume potentiometer and a linear power supply that enables an output of 30 watts per channel into 8 ohms.
Two line level inputs and a high quality moving magnet phono input are available for sources.
There is a headphone output provided on the front of the unit for powering standard hi-fi headphones; this is driven from the power amplifier stage of the unit through relays to avoid signal degradation when headphones are inserted or the product is muted.

Small - medium appliances
Items sub 30kg are shipped with DPD Ireland (coffee machines etc). You can expect a text message on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot.
Large & bulky items
Items over 30KG (BBQs, appliances etc) are shipped on a pallet delivery service to ensure their safe arrival.
The carrier will contact in advance to book in a delivery slot. Please ensure to include a mobile telephone number on your order and have help on hand to receive the delivery.

If you've changed your mind about your purchase and it is in its original condition, you're welcome to return it to us within 90 days for store credit or within 30 days for a cash refund. As per below, exclusions apply.
- The goods must be returned factory sealed & in exactly the same condition that they were received less any additional transit packaging. Items that have been opened, tested and/or installed will default to our standard return policy.
- The serial number or unique identification code must match with the recorded details in our database.
Exclusions:
- This service excludes large & bulky items such as BBQs, outdoor pizza ovens & TVs. These products are covered by our standard returns policy.
- Any special order items that have been ordered at the customers request (such as a colour variant or model that we do not typically range on our website).
- If in doubt, please check with a member of staff via our support or live chat function.
How to arrange a return:
- Simply open a ticket by clicking the 'support' button at the bottom of the page or by emailing us.
- We will arrange a pick up via DPD on a suitable date. Refunds will be processed within a few business days subject to verification.
